FAQs
I need to place a stop payment on a check. How can I do that?
You can place a stop payment on a check in-person, by phone, or online. You must provide the check number, the date the check was written, the amount of the check, and the name of the payee. To place a stop payment via GRCCU's mobile app or via Online Banking, log into your account and click/tap on your checking account and choose the 'Check Stop Payment" option. You will incur a fee to place a check stop payment. Click here for our fee schedule.
Note: Once a check is stopped, the stop payment cannot be removed.
