Yes, GRCCU may place a hold on deposits made by check depending on what type of check is deposited. The Credit Union may extend holds as deemed necessary in compliance with The Expediated Funds Availability Act and Regulation CC.
Contact the Credit Union at 1-844-538-3325 if your checks are lost or stolen.
To reorder checks, log into your GRCCU online banking account. From the home page, find the 'Order Checks' tab along the right column. After clicking on the tab, choose the account for which you wish to order checks and click 'Continue to Order Checks'.
If you do not have access to online banking, give the credit union a call or stop in at the branch office.
You can place a stop payment on a check in-person, by phone, or online. You must provide the check number, the date the check was written, the amount of the check, and the name of the payee. To place a stop payment via GRCCU's mobile app or via Online Banking, log into your account and click/tap on your checking account and choose the 'Check Stop Payment" option.
