When you open an account at GRCCU, you become a member or part owner rather than a customer. We provide the same services as a bank - we just do it at a lower cost to you.
eStatements are electronic bank statements delivered to your online banking account. You will be notified via your email that your statement is ready usually within the first three business days of the month. They look the same and include the same information as a traditional paper statement. Plus, you have the peace of mind that comes with knowing your information is secure.

Steps to enroll in eStatements
Open your GRCCU mobile app.
Tap the “More” button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
At the top of the screen, tap the “eStatements” button.
Tap on “Enroll”
Read the disclosure and check that you wish to proceed with eStatements.
Tap the “Enroll Now” button.
That’s it! You are now enrolled in eStatements.

Log into your Online Banking account.
Along the right column, find the “eStatements” button and click on it.
Click on “Enroll”.
Read the disclosure and check that you wish to proceed with eStatements.
Click the “Enroll Now” button.
That’s it! You are now enrolled in eStatements.
Choose and customize the account alerts you want to receive -- when your account falls below a set balance, when your payroll was deposited, when an automatic payment was withdrawn or a reminder when your loan payment is due.
