Q: Is there a charge for a new debit card?

Each eligible signer on a checking account receives a Free Debit Card when the account is opened. Replacement cards for lost, stolen, or damaged Debit Cards may incur a fee.

Q: What are the daily limits for a debit card?

All GRCCU Debit Cards have the same daily limits. Providing the funds are in the member's account, the daily withdrawal limit (each time a PIN number is used) is $500.00 and the daily purchase limit (each time a transaction is run as a credit) is $1,500.00.

Q: How much am I charged for using my debit card to make a purchase?

There is no charge for making a purchase with your debit card.

Q: Who do I contact if my debit/credit card is lost or stolen?

If you think your debit card is lost or stolen, you can lock your card by tapping the 'Manage My Cards' link on the home page of GRCCU's mobile app or by calling 1-888-263-3370.

Q: Can I use my debit card outside the United States?

Yes, GRCCU debit cards can be used outside the United States with the exception of a few countries. There is an interchange fee for international transactions which is the member's expense.

Q: What is the CVV on a debit card?

It is the security code found on the back of your debit card that helps encode your banking information.
