You can update your personal information in one of three ways. Reminder: We cannot change your address via email.
- Log in to your account via GRCCU's mobile app and tap the 'More' button on the bottom right of the home page. Then scroll down and tap "Update Personal Information" to edit your information.
- Log in to your account via GRCCU's online banking. Scroll down the right column of the home page to find 'Personal Information'. Click on this link to edit your personal information.
- Stop by the branch to fill out and sign a Change of Address form.
To add or remove account signers, all signers (including those being removed) must sign updated account documents. Please contact us at 616-538-2810 for more information.
If your employer offers direct deposit, give the payroll department our credit union's routing number, which is 272486164, and your account number. Click here to download a direct deposit form.
Joining is easy! All of our accounts start with a $5.00 deposit into a savings account. This begins your membership with GRCCU. Now you can begin using all our banking services.
