New Credit Card Numbers
Your credit card number has changed. Also, if your household has two cards holders, joint card holders now have different numbers for greater individual security.
Updating Your Billing Information
Since your card number has changed, it is important to update your Online Bill Pay services or any billing systems you have set up with utility or other companies to ensure uninterruped payments.
Different Due Date and Payment Mailing Address
Your payment due date will be the 28th of each month starting with your June, 2019 payment for your May, 2019 activity. The credit card statement you receive in May will show a due date of June 13, 2019. The actual due date will be June 28, 2019, providing you additionnal time for your next payment, as we transition the payment due date to the 28th of the month.
You also have a new payment mailing address, starting in June 2019. You can also use this address if sending payment through an online bill pay program.

Home Banking/Mobile App Card Management
You can also make your payment via GRCCU's Online Banking or Mobile App, which will become a much easier, faster and streamlined process. Your new MasterCard is fully integrated into our home banking system starting May 22, 2019. You are able to see your card balance, review your transactions and history, and make your payment in real-time on our online banking system.
